One kind of points to spend, another to move up
Choose any names and abbreviations, e.g. “Vena Points” and “pts”. Set the PLN-to-points rate separately for each currency.
Every tier gives a little more
As many tiers as you like, in the order you choose. Each has a threshold, a points bonus, its own limit for paying with points and special prices.
Rewards for points in the app
A reward can be a treatment, product, pass, voucher or discount. Clients claim it in the Rewards tab and, if needed, get a voucher to redeem at the clinic.
Four ways to earn points
Turn each one on separately and set the number of points yourself.
Treatments, products, vouchers and passes — PLN 1 earns 1 point. Points for purchases are added once the order is fulfilled, and tiers add a percentage bonus.
Every point has a history
Points earned, spent, expired, refunded and bonuses on the client profile. Every manual adjustment records a reason and who made it.
